During storm emergencies Andax institutes a non-cancellation, non-return policy on all orders for secondary containment products, including Transformer Sacs and Transformer Containment Bags - both Pole Mount and Pad Mount - as well as Spill Control Kits, Tank Traps, Chem Traps and bulk sorbents, as well as all custom-made or modified products. We will process your order and ship it as soon as the product(s) become available and we will keep you informed about all estimated ship dates as possible. 

We offer the same 30-day guarantee on all Pelican™ cases, Pelican ™ Remote Area Lighting Systems, Pelican™ flashlights and Streamlight® flashlights.  Please examine your new products right away and keep the original box.  If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, or have any question, please let us know by calling 1-800-999-1358, and we will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange.   

PLEASE NOTE:  REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS IN OPENED BLISTER PACKAGES OR FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT BOXES.  REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED ONLY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION. 

*For refunds or exchanges, please call 1-800-999-1358 or email customerservice@Andax.com to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#).  Then provide us with your name, address and daytime phone #, along with your RMA# (use the form included with your order).  Place the product(s) back in the shipping box along with the original manufacturer’s box and all the paperwork.  Address the package to Returns Department, Andax Industries LLC, 613 W. Palmer Street, Saint Marys, KS  66536.  Sorry, we cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D. shipments.  Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:  After 30 days, warranty claims for defects in material manufacturing or workmanship on Pelican™ cases and Storm Cases™, Pelican Remote Area Lighting Systems, Pelican™ flashlights and Streamlight® flashlights must be returned to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer’s warranty continues to remain in full effect subject to their respective specifications.  Below are the URLs for the manufacturers’ warranties:
