The Andax Hazmat Spill Kit is a cost-effective spill-control and containment kit that is very easy to carry and/or store. The hazmat kit is about 18” wide by 18” long and is about 5.5” thick. That means the hazmat kit was fit easily behind the driver’s seat of your work vehicle without any loss of valuable storage space and it can be just as easily mounted on the wall in your facility with built-in wall mounting grommets. The hazmat kit is packed in a super-tough foil bag that will stand the use and abuse it may encounter as this emergency kit waits to take care of the hazmat spill it was designed to handle. The emergency kit is tamper-evident and vacuum-sealed, so you are assured that what is supposed to be in this hazmat kit is available and ready to use whenever you need to access an emergency hazmat kit.

Tear the foil bag at the top of the emergency hazmat kit where it says “Tear Here.” Identify the hazmat kit components contained in the emergency hazmat kit. Locate the protective emergency equipment provided and put it on immediately, no matter how much or how little the spill. Remember: safety first! Use the Sorb-Sox or Mini-Booms from the emergency hazmat kit to protect the water sources from the hazmat leak or emergency spill. Surround the drain or dam and divert the spill away from any water source. Tamp the Sorb-Sox to the surface they’re on to create a barrier or seal against any moving liquid. If no drain or water source is present, use the Sorb-Sox to surround the spill or dam it and contain it.
